About the AssignmentYou will play a key role in a regional development project based on the EU's initiative regarding Data Spaces. The assignment focuses on how actors in the public sector, academia, and industry can create long-term conditions for preserving, sharing, and reusing data in a secure, reliable, and practical manner.
You will drive the assignment independently and be responsible for creating a well-founded basis for how Data Spaces can be implemented regionally. The role combines project management, strategy, and communication, and is suitable for you who thrive in the intersection of operations, digitization, law, and technology.
A large part of the work involves dialogue with various stakeholders. You build relationships, capture needs, and create consensus among different types of actors. The goal is to develop a regional action plan focusing on responsibility and organization, business models and financing, as well as legal and technical prerequisites for data sharing.
Responsibilities- You lead the project forward and propose methods, approaches, and structures for implementation.
- You assess the current situation, needs, and relevant forms of collaboration in the area of data sharing.
- You identify and engage in dialogue with key actors in the public sector, academia, and industry.
- You plan and conduct workshops and other forums for collaboration and knowledge acquisition.
- You analyze organizational, business, legal, and technical prerequisites for Data Spaces.
- You compile insights and translate them into recommendations, structures, and concrete choices.
- You develop an action plan for how regional implementation of Data Spaces can occur in a sustainable and practical manner.
- You communicate clearly throughout the assignment and create momentum among different stakeholders.
- You have documented experience in municipal organization and assignments in the public sector.
- You have documented experience in IT and digitization in a municipal context.
- You have 5 years of experience in the Smart City area.
- You have 5 years of experience in Data Management/Data Sharing.
- You have 1 year of experience in Data Spaces.
- You have 8 years of project management experience.
- You have documented strong communication skills.
- You have documented experience in planning and conducting workshops.
- You have knowledge of Open Data.
- Permanent employment at Avaron AB
- Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
- Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
